Our Story
In 1986, Ms. Chen Shengkui founded DALI Enterprise in Jinjiang, Fujian — a small coastal city that would grow into China's garment manufacturing capital. Starting with a single factory and an unwavering commitment to quality, she built what would become one of the industry's most reliable vertically integrated manufacturing partners.
Today, DALI operates dual manufacturing bases across China and Cambodia, employing over 10,000 workers and producing 180 million pieces annually for 75+ global brands including Under Armour, Calvin Klein, and Costco.
Our vertically integrated supply chain covers every step of production — from yarn and fabric to finished garment — giving us complete quality control and unmatched flexibility.
Our Journey
Ms. Chen Shengkui establishes DALI Enterprise with a single factory, focusing on quality garment production for the domestic market.
Growing demand drives expansion. Vertically integrated supply chain established — fabric mills, elastic factories, dyeing facilities, and garment production plants.
First major international brands come onboard. Investment in automated cutting, computerized systems, and modern production facilities.
Strategic expansion to Cambodia with the opening of Factory I in Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone, activating our dual-base model.
Factory II opens, increasing Cambodia capacity to 15M garments + 3M pairs of socks monthly. WRAP Gold and Better Work Cambodia certifications achieved.
Exporting to 30+ countries. Full certification portfolio including BSCI, OEKO-TEX, GOTS, SMETA, and ISO standards.
36,000m² new factory in Phnom Penh SEZ with solar energy systems. Target capacity: 30M+ pieces monthly. LABS certified.
