Minimum employment age is 18 years. Strictly enforced across all facilities with documented age verification for every employee.

All employment is completely voluntary. Workers are free to leave after reasonable notice. No recruitment fees or bonded labor.

All workers earn above the legal minimum wage. Regular pay reviews and transparent payroll systems ensure fair compensation.

On-site healthcare services for all employees. Preventive care, treatment, and health education programs at no cost.
