DALI's Cambodia operations represent the cost-efficiency pillar of our dual-base strategy. Located in the Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone, our three factories leverage Cambodia's Everything But Arms (EBA) trade status to offer zero-tariff access to all 27 EU member states.
This means our partners save 6–12% on EU tariff costs compared to sourcing from other Asian manufacturing hubs. Combined with our vertically integrated supply chain from China, this creates a unique competitive advantage.
With 2,700+ skilled sewing operators, modern Juki and Brother industrial machines, and full ERP monitoring, we deliver the same DALI quality at a more competitive cost point.
